Manual harvest for 12kg boxes. Cooling of the grapes in a cold room for 24 hours to 10ºC. Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by destemming and crushing. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold decantation for 48h. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for 20 days. The fine lees were kept after fermentation and subjected to battônage for 4 months. Clear greenish color. Intense fruity, citrus and fresh aroma. In the mouth it has a slight mineral suggestion, harmony and a good balance of acidity. Contains sulfites.

Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional Red

Quinta do Crasto Touriga Nacional 2016 aged in French oak barrels where it remained for 18 months. The grapes, from the best plots of Touriga Nacional at Quinta do Crasto, were transported in boxes of 22 kg capacity and subjected to rigorous sorting at the entrance to the cellar. After a complete destemming and a slight crushing, the must was transferred to fermentation vats in stainless steel with controlled temperature. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, a soft pressing was carried out. It is a rich violet colored wine, with elegant violet notes on the nose, in perfect harmony with soft notes of fresh spice and wild Douro fruits. Starts the mouth tasting in a harmonious way, evolving into a wine with excellent volume and fine texture tannins very well matched with violet aromas. An engaging wine that mirrors the entire identity of Touriga Nacional and ends with excellent freshness and persistence. Contains Sulfites.
Tapada de Coelheiros Magnum Red

The grapes were harvested manually and transported to the winery where they were de-stemmed. Alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank at 26–27°C. Once finished, we kept the wine in post-fermentation maceration for 5 days. Malolactic fermentation occurred naturally in a stainless steel tank and was then transferred to barrels where it remained for 18 months. Aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels and 36 months in bottle. Powerful nose with notes of black fruit wrapped in spices and tobacco. In the mouth, the intensity of the freshness of the Cabernet Sauvignon stands out, followed by the creamy texture of the Alicante Bouschet, which leads us to an elegant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta das Marias Encruzado White

Manual harvesting in 20 kg boxes. The grapes were destemmed and crushed, followed by cold skin contact for 18 hours. After pressing and static decanting, alcoholic fermentation took place in a stainless steel vat with controlled temperature (18 ºC) for 17 days. After the fermentation, it was aged on fine sludge for 3 months, and bâtonnage was carried out during the first month and a half. For almost 15 years, Quinta das Marias has produced 100% wine from the Encruzado variety. Encruzado is probably one of the least expressive Portuguese white varieties while young, expressing its full potential over several years in the bottle. Contains sulfites.
