Manual harvest for 12kg boxes. Cooling of the grapes in a cold room for 24 hours to 10ºC. Manual selection on a vibrating sorting table, followed by destemming and crushing. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold decantation for 48h. Fermentation of each variety individually in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, for 20 days. Greenish hue, clear and bright. Very fine in the aroma, with good citrus fruit notes and a light tropical note. Creamy mouthfeel, marked by expressive fruit and supported by refreshing acidity. Contains sulfites.

Convés White

Mechanical harvest overnight. De-stem and light crushing, followed by thermal shock to 10ºC through a mass exchanger. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold decantation for 48h. Fermentation of each variety individually in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature. Citrus color with greenish hints. Aroma of tropical fruit, fresh and floral. In the mouth it is fruity, has good acidity and a refreshing finish. Contains sulfites.

Reguengos Trifolium Grande Reserva White

After the selection of the grapes in the vineyards of our associates, the manual harvest is carried out. In the cellar they are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed, followed by skin maceration (about 12 hours) in order to extract all the aromatic compounds from the film. Subsequently, the grapes are pressed with oxidation protections from which the tear must is extracted which, after static clarification, starts the fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (15/16º) and is then transferred to French oak half barrels. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a process of “batonnage” in the barrels for a few months, followed by aging until the end of winter, at which time it is removed from the barrels, blended and stabilized, proceeding to its filling in early spring. Wine with a crystalline appearance, defined straw color, fruity aroma with ripe tropical notes, dried fruits and honey, structured and unctuous in a fresh, complex set, with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Montes Claros Reserva White

Grapes from previously selected vineyards follow strict ripeness control before the harvest decision. In the cellar, the process of total destemming and light pre-fermentative maceration follows, clarification for 18 to 24 hours. Then alcoholic fermentation starts at 15ºC, followed by a light and partial aging in French oak barrels with “batônnage sur lies”. The grape varieties were accompanied separately during the stage, the final blend being made only with the best wines. Crystalline appearance, greenish to golden color. Intense, complex aroma, elegant in character, suggesting notes of tropical fruits, pineapple and light vanilla, with a subtle presence of French oak. Structured, generous, harmonious and balanced in the mouth. Soft palate, refreshing due to acidity and persistent citrus and tropical fruits in the long finish. Contains sulfites.

Marquês de Borba Vinhas Velhas White

The grapes are cooled in a refrigerator before being vinified. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. After 1/3 of the alcoholic fermentation, the wort is transferred to new and used barrels where the fermentation is completed. Staged for 8 months in French and Hungarian oak barrels. Crystalline-looking white wine. In the aroma there are citrus fruits, such as grapefruit and lemon, accompanied by a toast coming from the barrel but not overlying the fruit. Great freshness and minerality in the mouth, showing a slight fat from the stage on the lees. Contains Sulfites.

Esporão Colheita White

The grapes were partially fermented in concrete vats. After fermentation, the wine remained on fine lees for 4 months, under conditions of micro-oxygenation unique to this type of deposit, which respect and amplify the character of the wine. Crystalline appearance, straw color with greenish reflections. Citrus fruit, especially lemon, with hints of white fruit and some green leaf.

Conde d’ERVIDEIRA Branco de Inverno White

Night harvest, under the luminosity, brightness and company of the moon. Fermentation in barrels, under a temperature control. The wine is then subjected to a battonage process. Aromatically intense, this white immediately brings us to the tropical expression of Antão Vaz, pineapple, mango and apricot. In evidence, Viosinho reigns, bringing to us the expression “Winter”, where acidity and minerality, freshness transmit life to the group. This Winter White is aged in Hungarian oak barrels for a period of 6 months, where it acquires structure, volume and elegance, making this wine a wine with an enormous gastronomic aptitude. Reguengos Trifolium Grande Reserva Bruto White

The grapes from the vindima dos nossos associados are unloaded and immediately disengaged and drained. With the addition of selected yeasts, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature (15°C) which lasts approximately 12 days. At the 2nd fermentation by the «Traditional Method» decorated in a bottle for 3 months, later the wine reaches a stage of 10 years at the “dégorgement”. A clear-looking wine with a fine and persistent ball, with a defined color, aroma of dried fruits and a wrapper in citrus and floral notes with a great complexity, volume and persistence in the mouth. Golden color, nose of evident minerality, which denounces the terroir that gave rise to it. Discreet barrel that surrounds the ensemble. Good volume in the mouth and remarkable freshness. Contains sulfites.

Bojador White

Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at low temperatures, in order to preserve varietal aromas for 23 days. Aged in the bottle for a period of three months. Golden green color, exuberant aroma of tropical fruits and palate rich in fruit and with good freshness. Contains sulfites.
