Manual harvest, gentle pressing without destemming or crushing. Fermentation in 300 Lt French barrels followed by aging with fine lees agitation until bottling. Very elegant and complex aroma, very fresh, with vibrant red fruit and floral notes in harmony with a subtle hint of basil, very characteristic of Touriga Nacional. In the mouth, the great freshness stands out in balance with very discreet notes of fermentation and aging in barrels that mark the persistence of the final with fat.

A perfect year in the vineyards gave rise to this amazing wine. Dark color and intense bouquet of wild fruits, tobacco and celery. Dense, with still very striking tannins, very exuberant, sweet fruit extract, balanced by a fresh acidity, presenting itself with an almost endless end. It is an opulent wine, made to age and evolve in bottle Contains Sulfites.

In each harvest, it is Nature's last decision because it is his stimuli that prevail. That is why the choice of the plot that gives rise to this wine varies from year to year. In the 2016 harvest, the best grapes from the “Porto” stand were selected, due to their exposure and availability of water in the soil, which helped the maturation to be long and regular, creating a good balance in the fruit, between acidity, color and tannins.
It is a very potent version of Touriga-Nacional where a good but discreet barrel is combined with a concentrated wine without being too extracted. Contains sulfites.
