The unique characteristics in the grapes of the Chardonnay grape variety led to the inevitability of the production of this sparkling wine Blanc de Blancs of yellow color and medium intensity, fine bubble and persistent cord. The aroma proves to be delicate, where citrus notes are enveloped by the complexity of the “sur lies” basement stage recalling toasted bread and almonds. Mouth-proof with soft mousse and crunchy acidity, forming an elegant and very balanced set. Criterious selection of the grapes of a single plot cuiltivada in Qta do Valdoeiro. Soft pressing of whole grape and separation of the best fractions of tear wort. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. Second fermentation in bottle according to the precepts of the traditional method. Extensive “sur lies” stage to achieve greater complexity and elegance. Contains sulfites.

The grapes are left to ferment for the first time, transforming the juice into base wine. Remaining in the tank allows the development of the complexity of the aromas and the structure of Elpídio Superior Sparkling Wine. The elegance and delicacy of the aroma suggest soft notes of white-fleshed fruits, reminiscent of pear and apple, with light citrus fruit and some toast. The persistence and creaminess revealed by the long aging, wrapped in a perfect freshness and mousse, contribute to a deep and sophisticated finish. Contains sulfites.
Kompassus Blanc de Noir White
Balanced maturation, with a harvest of 3 passages. Fermentation with temperature control at 14ºC. Grapes transported in 15 kg perforated boxes. Light pressing with dry ice cooling. Stainless steel fermentation. Stage on lees for about 3 years. Dégorgement without added sugar - Brut Nature. Excellent aromatic presence, with hazelnut notes, and others that resemble toasted bread, baked apple. Unctuous in the mouth, with a very fine bubble, in a set with a very dry profile but very elegant, sophisticated, long, full of flavour. Delicious. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Cerrado Bruto Rose
Quinta do Cerrado welcomes the arrival of its first rosé, celebrating the happy emergence of a new family generation. The open spout of Alfrocheiro and Touriga-Nacional originated intense aromas of apricot and raspberry, with notes of mint and vanilla contributes of French oak barrels. The mouth has the creaminess and the fresh stretchiness and lavante so grateful in any table of fish and seafood or of Japanese, Chinese, Indian and Italian delicacies. Contains sulfites.
Reguengos Trifolium Grande Reserva Bruto White
The grapes from the vindima dos nossos associados are unloaded and immediately disengaged and drained. With the addition of selected yeasts, fermentation begins at a controlled temperature (15°C) which lasts approximately 12 days. At the 2nd fermentation by the «Traditional Method» decorated in a bottle for 3 months, later the wine reaches a stage of 10 years at the “dégorgement”. A clear-looking wine with a fine and persistent ball, with a defined color, aroma of dried fruits and a wrapper in citrus and floral notes with a great complexity, volume and persistence in the mouth.
