Pale golden yellow color, with soft green reflections, a vibrant, luminous. Active effervescence with persistent blistering. At first very intense on the nose, with notes of fresh fruits, particularly ripe citrus fruits. A second refined floral nose with notes of white flowers and fruits (white peaches, pineapple). A flexible and harmonious attack on the palate, very rounded. Notes of nectarines, citrus fruits with a nice mineral quality at the end. Contains sulfites.

The Réserve is a light, fine and harmonious champagne. Its blend is made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier from three different years, sourced from the best sites in the Champagne region. This cuvée, with reflections of straw yellow, stands out by the finesse of its slowly rising bubbles and its persistent and abounding mousse. The Drappier Grande Sendrée Champagne is a charming pale yellow with topaz nuances. Time has used its patina to reveal the wine's complexity.
