This very small production 100% Chardonnay cuvée is crafted from fruit sourced from traditional Chardonnay territory, the Côte des Blancs, and almost half of the blend is from the lauded Montagne de Reims. This unique assemblage delivers both minerality, suppleness, roundness and lightness from the Montagne de Reims terroir, providing even greater potential for aging. Lightly buttered, baked pastry notes are followed by aromas of pear, hazelnut and a hint of gingerbread. On the palate, flavors of guava, gooseberry and peach are complemented by sweet spices and a fresh mineral finish.
Armand de Brignac Demi Sec White
It is an exceptional champagne made with the selective first part of the pressing of the grapes – a signature of all the final compositions of Armand de Brignac.
