Body and soul champagne resulting from the marriage of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Straight, round, generous, Crayères cuvée is produced on average with a dozen wines from 4 to 5 different vintages and 20 to 25% of wines vinified in small oak barrels, 45 – 50% of reserve wines guarantee regularity .Champagne in a light golden tone with small golden highlights. The nose delivers mineral and floral notes, letting the relief of white and red fruits sweat with agitation. The fresh and generous palate plays with hints of spring wild berries. Contains sulfites.
