Beyra Quartz Rose
Grapes from vineyards planted in Beira Interior, at an average altitude of 750 meters, mostly over 40 years old in exclusively granite soils with many veins of quartz. Depending on the year, they select the best vineyards, whose native varieties are perfectly adapted to the rustic climate caused by the altitude. Monte da Cal Segredo de Saturno Red
Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC, with cuvasion until malolactic completion. Aged for 18 months in French Oak barrels, 50% new and 50% second-use. The best 30 of 70 barrels were selected. 48 months of bottle aging. Intense garnet color with slight violet tones. Intense aroma with distinct complexity and a mix of fruity and tertiary notes. In the mouth it is fruity, soft, well structured, harmonious and with a distinct persistence. Contains sulfites.
Messias Vinha de Santa Bárbara Red
Initial cold maceration, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and prolonged maceration. Stage in French oak barrels for 24 months. Wine of intense ruby color. Intense nose with notes of ripe black and blue fruits surrounded by good notes of wood. In the mouth test it is dense and with enormous structure. It ends very long. Contains Sulfites.
Pintas DOC Magnum Red
Mirror of the vine of more than 80 years that gives origin to him, this wine is composed by an exceptional field blend of more than 30 grape varieties. Very intense purple color.
