It is made from 34% Perpétuelle reserve, 10% oak-aged reserve wines from the 2009, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 harvests. Chardonnays and Pinots Noirs and Meuniers from the Marne Valley. Aged for between 3 and 4 years in our cellars, Collection is a deep and nuanced cuvée, to be enjoyed now or after a few years of ageing, thanks to the new complexity and uniqueness typical of each batch. Clarevallis is the name given by Saint Bernard to the abbey he founded in 1115. Champagne Clarevallis is made with grapes from the hills of Urville, planted during the Cistercian period. The wines were vinified and aged in cellars built in 1152 by the monks of the abbey of Clairvaux: today, the cellars are owned by the Drappier family.
