The 242 cuvée collection represents the house’s 242nd blend since its inception. It is made from 34% Perpétuelle reserve, 10% oak-aged reserve wines from the 2009, 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 harvests. Chardonnays and Pinots Noirs and Meuniers from the Marne Valley. Aged for between 3 and 4 years in our cellars, Collection is a deep and nuanced cuvée, to be enjoyed now or after a few years of ageing, thanks to the new complexity and uniqueness typical of each batch. The collection opens with notes of white fruit, citrus peel and acacia blossom, followed, after aeration, by a light touch of roasted hazelnut, a trademark of Chardonnay. The thin and very pure weave ends with a very pleasant salty note. Freshness, precision, refinement: this is the Collection, a champagne of total evidence, which reveals complex and precise flavors throughout the tasting .

The 76th vintage in the Maison's history, it is an initiation into Moët & Chandon's journey of light. The initial notes of breadcrumbs, fresh brioche and almond paste give way to elderflower and jasmine, then to fruits such as white peach and watermelon. Early morning garrigue notes complete the set.
Henriot Blanc de Blancs White
Pale gold color, bright and crystalline in appearance. Vivid bubbles, a touch of minerality and bold freshness, along with aromas of citrus and tanned white peach. A bouquet of fresh flowers releases notes of honeysuckle and orange blossom, intertwined with linden blossom. Fruit aromas with aromas of lemon and dried apricot lead the wave, followed by notes of pastry and a typical suggestion of fresh butter. Initially lively, generous and powerful on the palate. The hint of fresh lemon lingers and dissolves into notes of buttered brioche, further extended by quince paste and acacia honey. Lovely, fresh length and quite delicious on the finish. Mumm Ice Xtra White
Exceptionally fresh and round, the wine's exotic aromas are the result of a dosage made from reserve wines aged in American oak barrels. Thanks to its demi-sec dosage, Mumm Ice Xtra offers a wonderful combination of roundness and freshness with delicate woody and vanilla aromas that make it ideal for the art of mixology. Mumm Ice Xtra has an intense golden yellow color with subtle amber highlights, and its bubbles are vivid. A first nose of delicate woody aromas evolves into exotic notes of vanilla bean with hints of ripe pineapple and mango that balance beautifully with subtle notes of praline and milk caramel. Perrier Jouet Grand Brut White
Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut expresses the quality and diversity of the House's wine tradition. A balance between the consistency of the Perrier-Jouët style and the climate effects of the year. With 12 to 20% of wines of reserve. In addition, the Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is dominated by the elegance and elegance of Chardonnay (20%) of the best vineyards of the Côte des Blancs.
