This gin is part of a recipe stuffed with Portuguese ingredients, from Apple Bravo de Esmolfe DOP to oranges and lemons from Alentejo, passing through fresh Lúcia-Lima, together with the traditional juniper and coriander seed, complemented with cinnamon, clove and a soft touch of vanilla. All these ingredients are distilled separately in a traditional Portuguese alembic, and then submitted to a final blend.

During his quest, and to his own surprise, he achieved an exquisite composition using a copper pot and a recipe based on five essential elements: angelica, juniper, cardamom, orange peel and coriander seeds. Alexanders' spicy and spicy notes are reminiscent of the undergrowth where our Cade freely grows. Orris and honey guarantee a sweet yet musky, long-lasting effect on the tongue, keeping its edge while the floral and citrus notes blend perfectly. A floral body in bloom with notes of Rose Centifolia and Jasmine de Grasse. The gelatinous facets of Orange Bitter are countered by Angelica's herbaceous punch. Hot pepper hints here and there complete the heart notes. The first thing that hits your nose is the fresh, spicy lemon rind and grapefruit. The scent of a sea breeze, Samphire, is punctuated by touches of Mimosa. Cade adds woody and piny facets.
Elephant Dry
Handcrafted and committed to supporting African elephants - this is a new London Dry Gin made with unusual and carefully selected ingredients. Inspired by the African essence, by the pioneer spirit of the explorers of the 18th century. XIX and the botanical discoveries they made, the Elephant Gin is produced for today's adventurers and travelers. With an alcoholic volume of 45%, its liquid is distilled with 14 botanists, to create a flavor profile that distinguishes it. Among the chosen are African botanists from across the continent, such as the Savannah Baobab "superfruits", the buchu plant with a goblet-like flavor. In its aroma we can find some subtle notes of juniper, with a tone of pine and other herbaceous notes. The taste is complex, but surprisingly soft. Made in small batches, to ensure a better quality in each bottle, it remains several days in rest before being bottled.

Edinburgh Raspberry
Perthshire is celebrated for producing the tastiest fruits and our raspberries come from a family owned farm in Alyth, Blairgowrie. The fruit is harvested at the peak of maturity to ensure the perfect balance; promising the right amount of sweetness to balance the fruit's natural acidity. The freshly harvested fruit in our classic Edinburgh Gin along with sugar, leaving the fruit to macerate for a month to extract the maximum flavor. This 20% ABV liqueur is simply served simply on the ice, or added to soda water with a touch of lemon to enhance your summer sweetness. It is a perfect complement to dry the Prosecco, or mixed with Edinburgh Gin, lemon juice and confused fresh raspberries, then top with lemonade of roses in a Raspberry Ramblin Rose cocktail.
Sipsmith London Dry
First, distillate and copper alembic, later the sloe berry berries (kind of wild plums) are left in a water bath in the gin to create their quite peculiar flavor and color. On the nose shows floral summer notes, followed by the presence of juniper with a spicy touch. Excellent presence of citrus freshness. In the Palate the dry juniper dominates, then reveals lemon tart and orange jelly, with all flavors harmonizing perfectly. The finish is light, with spicy juniper and a hint of sour lemon to stand out. To make the perfect tonic gin just add a bark of lime.
