Edinburgh Raspberry

Perthshire is celebrated for producing the tastiest fruits and our raspberries come from a family owned farm in Alyth, Blairgowrie. The fruit is harvested at the peak of maturity to ensure the perfect balance; promising the right amount of sweetness to balance the fruit’s natural acidity. The freshly harvested fruit in our classic Edinburgh Gin along with sugar, leaving the fruit to macerate for a month to extract the maximum flavor. This 20% ABV liqueur is simply served simply on the ice, or added to soda water with a touch of lemon to enhance your summer sweetness. It is a perfect complement to dry the Prosecco, or mixed with Edinburgh Gin, lemon juice and confused fresh raspberries, then top with lemonade of roses in a Raspberry Ramblin Rose cocktail.
