Stage in French oak barrels where it remains for 8 months. Intense wine with 17 degrees, strong, balanced, with notes of red fruits. Tannins noble and present. A wine with a lot of presence, rich and that has a wraparound and long finish. Contains Sulfites.

Organic Wine, 100% manual vintage, for small perforated boxes. Choice table reception. Stalk and crush. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation for 3 weeks with temperature control. It aged for 15 months in new 300 L French oak barrels. Intense and very fresh aroma, showing well the cool summer nights at altitude in the Douro Superior, marked by violets, black and red fruits very characteristic of the grapes that gave rise to it, in balance with very subtle notes of French barrel. In the mouth, freshness, acidity and live tannins denote the soil and climate and provide longevity, then all the notes of aroma are felt in an elegant and long set.
Conde d’ERVIDEIRA Branco de Inverno White
Night harvest, under the luminosity, brightness and company of the moon. Fermentation in barrels, under a temperature control. The wine is then subjected to a battonage process. Aromatically intense, this white immediately brings us to the tropical expression of Antão Vaz, pineapple, mango and apricot. In evidence, Viosinho reigns, bringing to us the expression “Winter”, where acidity and minerality, freshness transmit life to the group. This Winter White is aged in Hungarian oak barrels for a period of 6 months, where it acquires structure, volume and elegance, making this wine a wine with an enormous gastronomic aptitude. Vinification of Syrah and Touriga Franca in open presses with automatic treading and high extraction work. Alicante Bouschet vinification in stainless steel vats at lower temperatures (26ºC). The aim is to extract the structure of Syrah, the sharp tannins of Touriga Franca and the freshness, exuberance of fruit and elegance of Alicante Bouschet. The batch spent 8 months in new French oak barrels. Encantado shows all the vitality of Touriga Franca that serves as a great base for this wine. The angular and present tannins, the ripe fruit in balance with the aromas of the forest it presents, make it a table companion. The barrel present, but without helping the one-dimensionality of the set, makes this wine a wine with layers that rise throughout the tasting. Contains sulfites.

Fermentation in stainless steel vats at 14ºC. Lemon yellow color with greenish tones. Floral aroma, lime, lemon and a finish with a touch of green pear. Very smooth mineral texture with very balanced acidity that gives it freshness and a very pleasant and persistent aftertaste. Medium/long race final. Contains sulfites.
Joseph Drouhin Mâcon-Bussières Les Clos White
Very slow pressing to respect the fruit. The juices from the last pressing are not retained. No artificial yeasts or enzymes are used. Part of the wine ages in 500 liter oak barrels and the other part in stainless steel vats for 6 to 8 months. Throughout the aging process, decisions are made only after careful evaluation of the tasting. The data obtained are completed through technical analysis. As with all other Joseph Drouhin wines, absolute priority is given to the true expression of the terroir and character of the vintage. The color is clear and bright. Grapes from a vineyard called Vinha do Dote. All grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes. After a complete destemming and light crushing, they moved to stainless steel vats where they fermented. Total aging in Portuguese and French oak barrels for 15 months. Vineyards with an average age of 90 years. It presents an intense ruby color, reserved aroma with great complexity. Some spice, vegetable notes and hidden ripe fruit. Present and expressive fruit, wild fruits. Good volume in the mouth, serious, ripe and textured tannins and with freshness to balance the set well. Manual harvest, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22-26 ºC for about 7 days with gentle maceration in cement vats, maceration using the classic “delestage” technique, about 3 to 4 per fermentation, malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Aging for 14 months in 300 Lts American oak barrels with extra fine grain. Explosive aroma, very intense, wild fruits and spices with intense notes of licorice in perfect balance with discrete notes from barrel to toast and vanilla. Sweet attack in the mouth, with great volume, the vibrant notes of fruit and spices can be felt in the nose, with very voluminous and soft tannins, with a long and persistent finish. Ready to drink. After harvesting, the free juice was cooled for 48-72 hours prior to storage. The fermentation was carried out mainly in stainless steel tanks with a mixture of cultured yeast and wild yeast. Approximately 3% of the blend was fermented at the highest temperature in old French oak barrels and large format vats. As usual, our Sauvignon was strictly mixed, including only the strongest batches. A vibrant blend of kaffir lemon, lemon zest and aromatic nectarine blend with the brilliant scent of orange blossom. After manual harvesting and a careful selection of bunches, the destemmed grapes were fermented at a controlled temperature in a 5000 L French oak vat. It was aged for another 12 months in new and used French oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in the bottle until its release. Wine of intense color and red tone. Typical aromatic profile, with floral delicacy that goes beyond violet and blends with sweet hints of forest fruits. Light spice from the aging barrel. In the mouth, we have dimension and structure in harmony with polished and educated tannins, which remind us of a harmonious and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.

After manual harvesting, the grapes were quickly sent to the cellar, where they were destemmed and gently pressed. The must, clarified by the cold, fermented slowly for approximately 2 weeks in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature. With a lemon yellow color and a bright appearance, this is an aromatically discreet wine, of medium intensity, which privileges the notes of green apple, lime and a vegetal character balanced by a pungent minerality. In the mouth it is “full” and vibrant. The finish is persistent and pleasantly confirms the mineral character of the nose. Contains sulfites.

A contained but fine aroma typical of the grape variety, revealing lemon, some white fruit and light smoke in the background. Adega Mayor Antão Vaz White
Coming from selected vineyard plots, the grapes were harvested manually into 15 kg boxes. Upon arrival at the cellar, the bunches were manually selected, immediately destemmed and crushed into stainless steel vats. After 48 hours of cold maceration and skin extraction, the grapes were gently pressed and the natural static decanting process was carried out, which leads to alcoholic fermentation. After the normal period of fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of around 15ºC, the wine underwent a period of aging in deposit, stabilized and finally bottled. With a limpid aspect and pale straw-coloured tones, it is a wine with intense and inviting aromas. The freshness of the nose suggests exotic fruit, where notes of ripe pineapple and passion flower stand out. In the mouth it enters light and discreet, evolving into a complex mixture of fresh fruits. A set full of harmony where tension, structure and mouth volume are in harmony. The well-integrated acidity confirms the pleasant sensation of balance and leads us to a long and persistent finish. A fresh and lively Antão Vaz. Contains sulfites.

After manual harvesting, rigorous selection and total destemming, the grapes macerated for about a week in vats and presses with a pneumatic crusher at 27ºC. At the end of the malolactic fermentation, the wine matured for a long time in stainless steel and cement vessels. It was bottled after minimal clarification. Garnet color, complex aroma, with fruity, spicy, roasting and dry vegetable notes. Structured, fresh, full-bodied and long flavor. With tannins present but tamed. Contains sulfites.
