Herdade do Peso Essência Red
After malolactic fermentation the wines were tranferred separately to new barrels (60%) and 4 years (40%) of French oak, where they trained for about 12 months until the final batch. After bottling, a temperature controlled stage of 15ºC is followed for 6 months in order to achieve the appropriate balance for its consumption. To preserve its great quality, it was bottled without treatment by the cold and without glue so that a slight deposit can form in the bottle. The elegance and balance of the Herdade do Peso Essência 2014 make this wine the perfect accompaniment to the tasty meat dishes of the rich Alentejo gastronomy.

It is vinified in the Quinta da Leda winery, from grapes coming from plots located in Quinta da Leda and neighboring vineyards. Grapes with balanced maturation are chosen as a consequence of a favorable vegetative cycle. After destemming and soft crushing, the grapes are sent to stainless steel vats and/or mills, where prolonged macerations are carried out. It is intended with this technology that the constituents of quality, present in the ripe grapes, thus pass smoothly to the wine.

Adega de Borba Grande Reserva Red
Manual harvest, degummed and fermented grapes with thermal control in a small volume stainless steel mill with a moderate mechanical step. Malolactic fermentation in new barrels selected from French oak in an air-conditioned environment, followed by a stage in new barrels for wine-wood integration, 18 months. After a gentle filtration, the wine was bottled and rested for thinning for 12 months in the basement. This wine was made from grapes from the oldest vineyards in the region of Borba, with two of the most emblematic and representative grape varieties of the region, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet, settled in shale soils. Color grenade with red nuance. Good aromatic intensity, with emphasis on forest fruits, chocolate, tobacco and toast. Adamus Aguardente Bagaceira
Its origin dates back to distant times in the history of Portugal, the current and inadequate, less noble and undervalued image of a rustic drink full of history would have to be restored. After 4 generations of producing traditional grape spirits, the time has come to produce a grape that combines the best of traditional spirits, with more modernist details, and without losing the soul of a pure Lusitanian bagasse and specifically from Bairrada. The best grape marc from the best Baga da Bairrada wines was selected, and the whole winemaking and maturation process was carefully monitored. Several slow and detailed distillations were carried out in copper vessels by direct vapor trail and the best distillates were selected, both in test and analytically in the laboratory. With a fresh and vinous aroma, it has notes of fresh bagasse and nuances of grape must, allied with a good floral component (some orange blossom) and passion fruit. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Boavista Vinha do Ujo 3L Red
Located near Pinhão on the right bank of the Douro and with a spectacular view of the river, Quinta da Boavista is one of the most iconic properties in the region, known not only for its historical connection to Baron de Forrester but also for its 40 hectares of high quality vineyards. The Vine of the Ujo was planted in 1930 in pre-phylloxeric horizontal levels and the land is supported by small schist walls. Its more than 25 breeds spread on small terraces exposed to the sunset. The vineyard has an altitude that varies between 180 and 210 meters. Deep red and deep red wine. Impressive aroma that takes us to an orchard of bergamots, fresh wild scents, as well as floral notes and minerals, demonstrating a superb complexity and depth. In the mouth it is unique, impressing by the finesse and the beautiful integration with the wood. Long and persistent. Manual harvesting, destemming and soft smashing of berries. The fermentation of the grapes takes place in new barrels of French wood of 500 liters. After a period of maceration the resulting wine continues its stage for 16 months in barrels of 225 liters also of French oak.

Citrus color, bright, greenish straw. Nose with ripe fruit, light passion fruit and Viognier mango. Notes of lime and wafer maria with light smoked and ripe pineapple. In the test, it has a fresh and mineral attack, full of spicy texture, but always with the same varietal sensation that it feels in the nose, conveying elegance, balance and fulfillment during all the test, end tostado and floral.
