Blandy’s Sercial 1968
Blandy's Sercial 1968 aged 49 years in used American Oak casks, and like all family vintages, it matured in the Blandy's Wine Lodge warehouses, where it was successively transferred from the hottest warehouse, known as “Sotão” of the Almond. The grapes were vinified in an oil press, in the open spout system, and fermented until they had about 7%. Fermentation was stopped with the addition of neutral alcohol of wine origin. Vinha de Santa Maria Reserva Especial Red
Manual harvest. Total destemming. Prolonged maceration in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts under controlled temperature for 15 days. Transfer to new and used 225L French oak barrels for 12 months, where malolactic fermentation took place. 12 months of aging in bottle before going to the market. Deep red color. Wild berries and deep complexity with well integrated wood. In the mouth it shows intense concentration, with firm tannins and excellent structure. Its acidity gives freshness and balance to the wine and a very long finish. The power and elegance of Dão in perfect harmony. This wine will age beautifully in the bottle. Vinha de Santa Maria Granítico White
Manual harvest. Grapes from a single vine of the Encruzado variety. Total destemming and pressing. Selection of grape must and after cooling and decanting at low temperature for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature and around 15ºC for 20 days under indigenous yeasts. This wine has no influence of aging in barrel. Crystalline in color with greenish nuances, this wine shows the authenticity of the grape variety, in a fresh and elegant way. Notes of pear and white flowers in the aroma. With a good volume in the mouth and structured, showing the toast of the barrel in harmony with an almost crunchy acidity and citric character.
Sandeman Vintage 2018 Ruby
Deep, almost opaque color. Aroma of excellent complexity, with notes of spices, adding curry, pepper, ginger, red fruits and black fruits. The wine has a light touch of cocoa with a slightly stony finish, the result of good maturation. In the mouth it is intense and complex with a lively acidity, firm and well present tannins with a very long and highly concentrated finish. Contains sulfites.
Sandeman Vintage 2016 Ruby
Outstanding for its exceptional features, the Sandeman Porto Vintage 2016 is a wine that will age in the bottle for 30 or 40 years. This excellent Vintage Porto 2016 is an example of Sandeman's commitment to the quality of Port wine. This wine has an opaque, almost black color. The aroma is intense and complex, with prominent notes of ripe black fruit, resin as well as notes of cocoa and chocolate as a result of its excellent maturation. Using the traditional technology of Port Wine, this wine was vinified in the Quinta do Seixo winery, grapes originating both there and in Quinta do Vau. Ana Rola, mother of Maria Luís, created Malu, using 60% of Touriga Nacional with 40% of Touriga Franca, with a fourteen months aging in French oak barrels. In turn, José Serpa Pimentel and Helga Rodrigues, Maria Teresa's parents, created Maitê, marrying 60% of Touriga Franca with 40% of Touriga Nacional, also with fourteen months of aging in barrels.

Ribeiro Santo Sono de Vindima Late Harvest White
The grapes were destemmed by hand and very lightly pressed, selecting only the tear wort that was subsequently cooled and decanted at low temperatures for 24 hours. Manual harvest for small 18kg boxes. Alcoholic fermentation for about 20 days with gentle maceration. Transfer to used French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation took place. Aging for 9 months in barrels and at least 6 months in bottle. Soft ruby color, aroma of red fruits such as raspberries and wild strawberries. In the mouth it is very round and fresh, with sweet spice notes and a long and elegant finish. Contains sulfites.
Ribeiro Santo Bastardo Red
50% of the stemmed grapes and 50% of the destemmed grapes fermented for 15 days at controlled temperatures between 20 and 23ºC, with little skin maceration. After fermentation, it was transferred to French oak barrels of several years where the malolactic fermentation took place and remained for 10 months. Unfiltered wine, subject to deposit. Early maturing variety with little color. This wine is characterized by the aroma of wild berries, balsamic and with some notes of tobacco.
