Ribeiro Santo Bastardo Red

50% of the stemmed grapes and 50% of the destemmed grapes fermented for 15 days at controlled temperatures between 20 and 23ºC, with little skin maceration. After fermentation, it was transferred to French oak barrels of several years where the malolactic fermentation took place and remained for 10 months. Unfiltered wine, subject to deposit. Early maturing variety with little color. This wine is characterized by the aroma of wild berries, balsamic and with some notes of tobacco. Delicate with an acidity in harmony with the elegance that appears in each tasting. A smooth wine, with a persistent but light finish. Contains sulfites.

Sauvighon Blanc (70%) and Alvarinho (30%) ferment after gentle decantation in stainless steel tanks between 16 and 18ºC. In this way, a wine at the same time aromatic, with vegetable touches of Sauvignon Blanc, with a wider and mineral finish, reached by the depth of Alvarinho. A wine with a citrus color, aromatic with touches of asparagus and soft tropical, end of mouth persistent and mineral. Fish and shellfish, poultry and whole white meats. Manual harvest, selection table, pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperatures (12º to 14ºC). Stage in stainless steel vats on fine lees. Yellow citrus color, intense and fresh aroma dominated by citrus fruits, tropical fruits and white pulp fruits. In the mouth stands out its acidity that together with its volume and texture give it a long and refreshing finish. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Ameal Solo Único White
Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours. In contact with the lees for about 7 months. 75% of the batch in stainless steel vats and the rest in a concrete egg. Light citrus color, singular and complex aroma dominated by citrus fruits, characteristic of the Loureiro variety. Dominated by a vibrant acidity with a long and persistent finish. Great capacity for evolution is expected. Contains sulfites.

Monólogo Avesso P67 is a monocasta wine produced at Quinta de Santa Teresa. Avesso is cultivated in the P67 plot, using sustainable agriculture practices. This property is in conversion to organic production. It is a wine of strong character and body with marked and well incorporated acidity.

Quinta dos Murças Margem Red
Quinta dos Murças Margem, from the Douro region, staggered in barrels of 500Lts of used French oak for about 9 months. Manual harvesting, sorting table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25º to 28ºC) in granite mills with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. Very intense and exuberant, dominated by ripe black fruits such as blackberry and cassia, balsamic aromas, such as the stew, and soft notes of spices from the used wood stage. Concentrated, it has very mature tannins that, together with its acidity, present but well wrapped, give it a sensation of volume, body and freshness. It has a very long and persistent finish, where the aromas of more mature fruits dominate, allowing to predict a great longevity. Contains Sulfites.
