Soalheiro Mineral Magnum Rose
The Soalheiro Mineral Rose can be enjoyed as an excellent and relaxed aperitif, very adapted to the current tendency to consume wine by the glass, but also proves perfect to harmonize with lighter dishes such as salads, fish or seafood. One of the great concerns of the Soalheiro is to produce "wines to drink with pleasure", believing in the quality and tendency to appreciate wines with a more moderate alcohol. This Soalheiro Mineral Rose manages to have persistence due to Pinot Noir and elegance due to Alvarinho with moderate alcohol of 12%. To Alvarinho produced in high altitude vineyards where the caste has a more intense, fresh and mineral dimension, the Soalheiro has joined the Pinot Noir variety, also produced in the region and which presents a more aromatic and elegant dimension. Luis Pato Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé Franco Red
Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé Franco is a regional red wine from Bairrada with the signature of winemaker Luís Pato. In 1988, with the aim of showing the great potential and characteristic essence of the Baga variety, the winemaker planted non-grafted vines in sandy soil - the most resistant to the development of the Phylloxera disease, in order to obtain a natural concentration of the grapes, leaving only a bunch per vine, in a personal tribute to the Baga variety. Awarded and internationally renowned, Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé is a wine that has an excellent aging capacity that exceeds twenty years: a powerful, complex and well-sculpted wine showing aromas of floral, licorice and mineral touches.
Esporão Vinha do Badeco Red
Alcoholic fermentation in marble presses. Malolactic fermentation in concrete vats followed by aging for 1 year in new French oak barrels. Deep color, dark red and purple. Aromas of blueberry, blackberry and plum; some violet floral notes with subtle oak toast. Taste the dense fruit on the palate; velvety, long, complex and persistent. Contains Sulfites.
Assobio White
Manual harvest, selection table, pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperatures (12º to 14ºC). Stage in stainless steel vats on fine lees. Yellow citrus color, intense and fresh aroma dominated by citrus fruits, tropical fruits and white pulp fruits. In the mouth stands out its acidity that together with its volume and texture give it a long and refreshing finish. Contains Sulfites.
Soalheiro Germinar Loureiro Vinhas Velhas White
Grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, before fermentation, the must is clarified. Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature and in two egg-shaped deposits in our innovation area, one stainless steel and the other cement, so that the final batch, due to the constant battonage in the fine lees, transmits complexity and taste persistence superior to what we normally find in this variety. Bright lemon yellow color, elegant aroma marked by mineral and floral notes. Dry and fresh flavor, revealing the elegant side of the Loureiro variety, which always has a persistence of well-marked acidity. Contains sulfites.
Herdade das Servas Reserva White
After destemming and crushing, the grapes are pressed in pneumatic press with oxidation protection. Static decanting for 48 hours and alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels. Clear wine, straw color, aromas of apricot, lime and peach, with notes of toast from the barrel. Fresh, unctuous and structured, with notes of citrus, toasted barrel and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
Soalheiro 9% White
An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. Alvarinho grapes without late harvest were harvested in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short period of time. The must obtained by pressing the whole grapes was decanted and fermented at low temperature. The fermentation took place in stainless steel until reaching the balance of sweetness and acidity intended and that dictated the final alcohol of this Soalheiro - 9%. Citrus and tropical notes of the Alvarinho variety with a balance of unusual acidity and sweetness.
