Blandy’s Sercial 1968

Blandy’s Sercial 1968 aged 49 years in used American Oak casks, and like all family vintages, it matured in the Blandy’s Wine Lodge warehouses, where it was successively transferred from the hottest warehouse, known as “Sotão” of the Almond. The grapes were vinified in an oil press, in the open spout system, and fermented until they had about 7%. Fermentation was stopped with the addition of neutral alcohol of wine origin. Contains sulfites.
