Juvé Y Camps Brut Rose
Juvé & Camps Brut Rosé is made from a light maceration of the Pinot Noir grapes, which come from our vineyard on the Espiells estate. This cava features a lovely bright pink color. A large number of small bubbles create a real spectacular effervescence. Its white crown, abundant and lasting, contrasts with its pink background, highlighting its magnificent foam. Its aroma is delicate and intense. In it, you can find clear notes of cherries and strawberries, surrounded by touches of honey, toast and floral memories. It has a very unusual nose in which freshness dominates the wine. It is lush on the palate. The effervescent foam that is released in the tasting is intense and creamy. She strokes the inside of the mouth very gently, releasing all its rich aromas. Contains sulfites.
Juvé Y Camps Blanc de Noirs White
Made exclusively from the grapes of the Pinot Noir variety, on the property of Espiells. A manual harvest in its best maturity and a small transport of boxes, guarantees the integrity of the curls. Manual loading and gentle grape pressing without de-greasing is a magnificent juice with low color intensity. A controlled fermentation and static fermentation, they transform this must into a very personal base wine. Cava with a beautiful golden color, with faint reddish memories that evoke its noble varietal origin. Its very fine bubbles make it rise in beautiful and abundant rosaries. I have a beautiful and persistent crown. Its aroma is amazing. Notes of white fruits and bones, unusual aromas of cherries, surrounded by a background of honey, toast and citrus fruits. An elegant and complex aroma. In the mouth it offers an amazing and fruity structure. Excellent effervescence in the mouth, with great creaminess. Unctuous, fresh, intense and persistent, it invites us to enjoy a wealth of extraordinary sensations. Contains sulfites.

Haton Brut Nature is a “pure” Champagne. No addition of any expedition liqueur. Without make-up". For Champagne lovers, fresh and pure. Of great authenticity, it truly expresses the essence of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Aged for at least 4 years, Haton Brut Nature has a golden yellow color with a perfect shine, superb effervescence of delicate bubbles forming a creamy flow. The aroma of this Champagne is complex and elegant, with a strong emphasis on stone fruits (white peaches) and citrus (grapefruits and lemons) with a brioche finish and notes of almond, toasted hazelnut and orange peel. The palate is well balanced and full-bodied with a fine consistency revealing notes of quince jam and candied apricots. The finish is fresh and long. Contains sulfites.
Haton Réserve Brut White
Haton Réserve is a champagne with a well-balanced blend of three grape varieties (Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay). It is a cuvée that reflects all the knowledge of the Maison de Jean-Noël Haton. Aged for at least 3 years, Haton Réserve opens with a straw yellow color with a beautiful shine and fine, abundant bubbles. The aromas of this Champagne envelop you in delicate fragrances of white peaches, citrus fruits and orange blossom, followed by notes of hazelnuts and sweet spices. Full-bodied and generous on the palate, with an excellent aftertaste of fresh fruit. A complex Champagne that offers an aftertaste of great persistence. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Poço do Lobo Baga Pinot Noir Rose
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, the must was fermented for 15 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. This was followed by extraction with free yeasts, with re-fermentation taking place in a cellar for 25 days at 14 ºC, followed by a 60-month aging period in bottle on lees. Pink color defined with hints of onion skin, aromas of acidic red fruits, buttery notes, evident toasted notes and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of a rich and complex palette. It has great gustatory complexity, very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy and has good gustatory persistence. Contains sulfites.
Luiz Costa Bruto White
After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, harvested between mid-August and the first days of September, the must fermented for 16 days in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. The referral was carried out in a basement for 26 days at 15 ºC, followed by a 20-month bottle-aging period. Straw yellow color, aroma of citrus peel, dried flowers, light toast, butter cookie, and beeswax, among other aromatic notes of rich and complex palette. It has very fresh attack, and excellent texture. The mousse is creamy and has good taste persistence. Contains sulfites.
Caves São João 99 Anos de História Rose
The wine selected to portray the decade of 2010-2020 was a Rosé Pinot Noir from 2018 with Bairrada Denomination of Origin. This edition presents a theme alluding to the Higgs Boson, also called the God particle, which is an elementary particle, theoretically arising shortly after the Big Bang, discovered on March 14, 2013. Casa do Cadaval Pinot Noir Red
The harvest is made in mid-August, with a total destemming of the grapes. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, with controlled temperature, followed by a skin maceration for 1 week, without any mechanical extraction. The wine was aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.
