Manual harvest of 50% Alicante Bouschet and 50% Tinta Miúda (Graciano). After destemming, the grapes go to marble vats where alcoholic fermentation takes place and traditional foot treading is carried out followed by an 18-month aging period in second-year French oak barrels. Deep Ruby color. Very complex aroma, notes of red fruits in jam, aniseed and spices. In the mouth, it is very voluminous, creamy, with firm tannins and an elegant and long finish.

The grapes were fermented in stainless steel presses at a temperature of 28ºC for 10 days, being bottled after 8 months without being filtered or stabilized by cold. No use of wood. Fermentation takes place in truncated conical stainless steel vats, preceded by a cold maceration for 24 to 48 hours. After pressing, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and then ages in 300 liter French oak barrels for a period of 12 months. After designing the batch, it ages in the bottle for two years before being released on the market. Aroma of black fruits in jam, spice, flowers and mint. The notes of toast and dark chocolate accentuate the complexity of the wine on the nose. In the mouth it is soft, fresh, full and elegant. The finish is long, shows an enormous concentration of smooth tannins and a hint of Vidigueira. Long and persistent that leaves a fine and delicate essence of all its aromas and flavors.

Mechanical harvest during the night. Total stalking. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature (22ºC -28ºC) in stainless steel vats. Post-fermentation maceration for 5 to 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Intense ruby color, complex aroma of red fruits with earthy and balsamic notes. Remarkable freshness, excellent structure and balance. Complex finish showing great elegance and guarding potential.
