Organic wine elaborated with the Touriga Nacional and Aragonês varieties. Garnet color with slight violet tones. Fruity aroma, predominant in fresh red fruits. Total desengace, soft skin maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. 2 months of maceration after fermentation and 6 months of batonnage in fine lees. Stage 18 months in stainless and 3 months in bottle. It is ideal to accompany delicate cheeses based on fish, white and red meats of moderate confection of Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African cuisine. Contains Sulfites.
Adega de Borba Reserva Magnum Red
With grapes from the most typical Alentejo grape varieties produced in the sub-region of Borba, the label Cortiça wine was produced, a true ex-libris from the Adega de Borba. Coming from old vines, the grapes had a strict control in the evolution of the maturation, having been harvested in small quantities. In the Cellar, after the destemming and soft crushing of the grape, the alcoholic fermentation began, which lasted for about 10-15 days with the temperature controlled at 24ºC, for greater extraction of the aromas and fruity flavors of the grape. In order to increase the polyphenolic complexity, the tannins and the structure of the wine, it remained in the vat in a post-fermentative maceration process. The malolactic fermentation occurred later in stainless steel containers. To enhance and elevate its organoleptic characteristics, the wine aged 12 months in 3rd and 4th year barrels, French oak and exotic wood barrels. followed by a six-month bottling stage in the basement. Aroma fine and elegant, suggesting black fruits, compote and white chocolate.

Total destemming, cold skin maceration, soft pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at 16 ° C. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Citrus color defined with greenish tones, aroma of toast and honey, together with orange blossom and bergamot. In the mouth, it presents a powerful and complex wine, with excellent volume of mouth, elegant and harmonious. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest, destemming and soft crushing, alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of around 16ºC in “perles” (used 390 liter French oak barrels), followed by aging with fine lees agitation. Aging in 390L "perles de Quintessence", followed by an aging in bottle. Complex, mineral aroma, with discreet smoke, stone fruits such as peach and apricot, subtle notes of bergamot, lavender and pomegranate. unctuous, acidity in perfect balance with maturation, long and harmonious.It contains sulfites.

Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature between 16-17ºC for a period of about 25 days. Manual harvest, during the month of September for 25 kg boxes. After a selection of bunches in the vineyard, the berries were chosen by optical sorting, choosing the perfect berries. These were then refrigerated, de-stemmed and pressed in an inert environment. The subsequent decantation and fermentation took place at a temperature of 16°C. This single variety has a very fresh character, with a pale and crystalline appearance. Very lively on the nose, reveals expressive fruit with a floral touch. On the palate it is a balanced wine, with good volume, assertive acidity and minerality. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvesting with selection of berries and cooling of the bunches. After the desired temperature, soft pressing with low pressures and fermentation of 70% in small capacity stainless steel vats with controlled temperatures and 30% in 500L French oak barrels. Aging 70% in stainless steel and 30% in 500L French oak barrels for 9 months. Clear citrus color to straw. Aromas of citrus and tropical fruit, with nuances of wood to stand out with the agitation. Mouth with aromas of tropical fruit where mango and pineapple are more evident, together with more specific aromas of honeysuckle and ripe grapefruit. An extremely balanced wine with excellent acidity and a balance between minerality and fruit, with a long finish with a wooden finish. Contains sulfites.

After the desired temperature, soft pressing with low pressures and fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. 100% stainless steel aging for 9 months. Clear citrus color to straw. Very elegant and smooth aroma. There are notes of tropical fruit, ripe grapefruit and white flowers. Tasty in the mouth with a velvety and balanced by good acidity. Reveals notes of ripe grapefruit, notes of mango and pineapple and light floral. Long, harmonious and tasty finish. Very clean wine, with aromatic intensity where tropical notes and ripe citrus are evident, making this wine very elegant but concentrated. With a long and harmonious finish. Contains sulfites.
Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc White
After harvesting, the free juice was cooled for 48-72 hours prior to storage. The fermentation was carried out mainly in stainless steel tanks with a mixture of cultured yeast and wild yeast. Approximately 3% of the blend was fermented at the highest temperature in old French oak barrels and large format vats. As usual, our Sauvignon was strictly mixed, including only the strongest batches. A vibrant blend of kaffir lemon, lemon zest and aromatic nectarine blend with the brilliant scent of orange blossom. Located near Pinhão on the right bank of the Douro and with a spectacular view of the river, Quinta da Boavista is one of the most iconic properties in the region, known not only for its historical connection to Baron de Forrester but also for its 40 hectares of high quality vineyards. The Vine of the Ujo was planted in 1930 in pre-phylloxeric horizontal levels and the land is supported by small schist walls. Its more than 25 breeds spread on small terraces exposed to the sunset. The vineyard has an altitude that varies between 180 and 210 meters. Deep red and deep red wine. Impressive aroma that takes us to an orchard of bergamots, fresh wild scents, as well as floral notes and minerals, demonstrating a superb complexity and depth. In the mouth it is unique, impressing by the finesse and the beautiful integration with the wood. Long and persistent. Manual harvesting, destemming and soft smashing of berries. The fermentation of the grapes takes place in new barrels of French wood of 500 liters. After a period of maceration the resulting wine continues its stage for 16 months in barrels of 225 liters also of French oak.

The grapes selected by hand, after the removal of the respective film, are cooled by a thermal shock of 10 ° C. After a cold maceration for two days, the wine ferments in small steel tanks. Messias Vinha de Santa Bárbara Red
Initial cold maceration, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and prolonged maceration. Stage in French oak barrels for 24 months. Wine of intense ruby color. Intense nose with notes of ripe black and blue fruits surrounded by good notes of wood. In the mouth test it is dense and with enormous structure. It ends very long. Contains Sulfites.
Triunvirato nº7 Red
Grapes selected from the best plots of two properties of the Messias family – Douro and Bairrada. Manual individual harvesting, chosen berry by berry, followed by fermentation with indigenous flora in small presses without temperature control. Aging for 18 months in French oak barrels. Bright looking wine with an intense ruby color. At the moment the wine mainly reveals its beautiful youth. However, the complexity is already beginning to be revealed by the notes of spices and very fine black fruit. Mouth with enormous structure and powerful tannins, they give it a long and very pleasant finish. Contains sulfites.
