Cultivated with dedication on an exclusive 1-hectare plot, part of a majestic 8-hectare vineyard planted in 2016, this rosé comes from a generous slope, at an average altitude of 450 meters, facing east, where the 35% slope and the Granitic soil combine to create ideal conditions. Its origin, marked by tradition and passion for winemaking, gives this wine an unmistakable identity.Meticulously harvested on August 22nd, the grapes for this Pinot Noir Rosé are transformed through careful alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, ensuring the preservation of all their qualities. The result is a wine with an intense salmon color, with light, fresh aromas and exceptional purity. On the palate, it stands out for its balanced structure, vibrant and friendly acidity, culminating in a long and memorable finish.
