Features a bright garnet color. The aroma of this wine has notes of red fruits and light balsamic notes. In the mouth it is fruity and soft, with sensations of freshness and an elegant and enveloping finish. The tannins are evolved, but not too aggressive. It is an excellent entry-level wine in our portfolio of red wines, with some complexity, but an excellent complement to any meal involving red meat dishes or barbecues, for example.

Atypical color and free of “defects”. It is a wine that is found outside this region. A white wine from the Boal do Barreiro variety, aged 5 years in the bottle when put on the market. It presents an intense, mineral and fruity aroma, in the mouth it is fresh, intense and with great volume in the mouth. Malolactic fermentation also takes place in French oak barrels, with vigorous battonage for 6 months. Stage in French oak half barrels and later 5 years in bottle.

Manual harvest. Strict manual selection of bunches. Total stalking, followed by pre-fermentation maceration. Gentle pressing. Static decantation. Fermentation in oak barrels and subsequent aging on total lees for 20 months. Wine not filtered or cold stabilized. It can create deposit. Straw color, fine, intense, complex and deep aroma. Apricots, yellow flowers, aromatic herbs, spices and mineral aromas stand out. Creamy attack, fine, precise and very balanced acidity that enhances the aromas in the mouth. Unique texture. Delicate notes of black fruits, plum and blackberries, toast and spices. Excellent structure, well combined: soft and enveloping tannins, perfect acidity and excellent freshness. Fermentation in stainless steel vats (controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic matrix). 11-month internship in a stainless steel tank. After bottling, it remained resting for 6 months in a controlled humidity and temperature environment (10/14 ºC). Fruity and intense profile, Orange blossom, lime and grapefruit. Fresh, good acidity, elegance in silhouette and breadth of tasting. Finishes persistent to accentuate the overall note of freshness. Contains sulfites.

Grafite Tinto is our elegant interpretation of a classic Douro red. It presents aromas of wildflowers and dark berries, with smooth tannins and a touch of spice at the end. Deep violet color. Rocca delle Macie Chianti Clássico DOCG Red
The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. The must undergoes maceration for 12 to 14 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a period of 6 to 10 months and further refined in the bottle. Bright ruby red color, intense and persistent bouquet with notes of wild fruits that combine well with the aromas released by the wood of the barrels. Tasty and full-bodied, it highlights the exceptional persistence of the bouquet. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest. Manual choice of curls. Destemming without crushing the berries. The two varieties fermented together in used 500L French oak barrels where they were subjected to gentle pigeages. After an aging period of 19 months in used 500L barrels, we carry out a light gluing and subsequent bottling. The wine rested for 1 year before being marketed. Open grenat color, fragrant, exuberant aroma, a combination of aromas of red fruits and spices. Smooth attack, very silky tannins, very light with excellent freshness. Elegant. Vicentino Gama Nascente Touriga Nacional Red
Manual harvest for 15 kg boxes. 4 days of pre-fementative maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation for 10 days at 24ºC. In French oak barrels of 228 liters for 11 months. Very appealing ruby color. Aromas of black plum, cassis, cherry with discreet nuances of violet and balsamic. Subtly notes of vanilla and spices emerge. It is captivating for its silky texture while remaining vibrant and firm. The sensation of freshness and elegance accompanies a long saline finish. Contains sulfites.
