Fermentation is carried out under controlled temperatures in stainless steel, with 10% of the wine aged for 4 months in French oak barrels, adding a subtle complexity. It presents a light pink color with salmon hues, unveiling fresh aromas of red fruits and citrus on the nose. On the palate, Casa Relvas Pom-Pom Rosé is intense and engaging, with notes of red fruits, a fresh, creamy, and mineral character. It perfectly complements grilled fish, seafood, sushi, and salads, and should be served chilled to maximize its liveliness.

Granito Cru Alvarinho White is a true expression of the soil, the vineyard and the region of Melgaço, Paderne. This wine is created through minimalist winemaking, avoiding commercial yeasts or bacteria and using only sulfur dioxide in very small quantities. Taking inspiration from traditional methods, it ferments and ages in old wood, revealing the pure essence of its ancient vineyards, located between 50 and 150 meters above sea level. Without adding sulfur, the grapes are delicately crushed and de-stemmed, followed by decantation at low temperature. Natural fermentation in oval Slovenian oak barrels, and complete malolactic fermentation without sulfur, enrich this wine, which then rests in stainless steel before being carefully bottled. Presenting a golden color, Granito Cru Alvarinho White surprises with its mineral profile, aromas of stone fruits, pear, orange blossom, honey and a light white pepper. In the mouth, it stands out for its freshness and balance, with harmoniously integrated wood, culminating in a long and deep finish. D. Áurea Red is a passionate tribute to the grandmother Áurea of ​​the founder of Textura Wines. This exceptional wine, produced exclusively with Bastardo grapes from the Dão Serra da Estrela sub-region, is a vivid expression of the elegance, finesse and richness of flavors that characterized D. Áurea's vibrant personality. Harvested in September 2021, the Bastardo grapes fermented in a press, with 30% whole bunches and macerated for 15 days. The wine then aged in barrels for a year, developing delicate aromas of red fruits, earthy notes and austere freshness. In the mouth, it reveals a charming fusion of fruity character, freshness and elegance, with dry and precise tannins that provide a captivating texture. With its complexity and bottle aging potential, D. Áurea is a refined choice to celebrate special moments and honor the memory of a remarkable woman.

At the beginning of the 19th century, a fascinating story emerged in the world of Portuguese Wine: the launch of an icon, a desired wine, but always discreetly kept away from the spotlight. Alexandre de Almeida innovated by combining luxury hospitality with a wine cellar and his own wine, creating the rare and historic Buçaco wines, produced at Palácio do Bussaco, in the mountains north of Coimbra. These wines, preserving traditions without adopting modernism, reveal a notable aging potential and can last in the bottle for decades.

Manual harvesting for 15kg boxes. Light pressing of whole bunches, after careful selection of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in used French oak barrels. Aging for 7 months in barrels with batonnage. Light rosé wine, with a very open salmon color, dry and with excellent acidity combined with the soft creaminess given by the work of the fine lees. The aroma reveals very fresh red fruit, peach, light floral and vegetal surrounded by notes of discreet barrel.

Manual harvest in 18Kg boxes, careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were picked only by grandfather Nelson and granddaughter Maria Simões. The grapes were fully destemmed and immediately pressed. This wine aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels. It has a vivid and crystalline yellowish color. The first aroma we have is well integrated barrel notes. In the wine, we have white stone fruits such as apricots and peaches that are reminiscent of the great Dão wines. Citrus fruits that give some nose freshness to the wine. It has a pleasant breadth and a large mouth volume that accompanies the tasting from the beginning to the end. It is a wine that has some bitterness at the end, characteristic of gastronomic wines that go very well with food. It has a long and persistent finish.

The grapes were harvested manually and transported in small boxes to the cellar where they were stored in a cold chamber at 3°C for 24 hours. Then they were selected and pressed smoothly and quickly in order to obtain a light pink color. The must was cold decanted (10°C) and subsequently fermented in a cement tank at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine aged for 6 months in cement deposits (70%) and in used barrels (30%) until bottling. Pale pink color, fruity aroma with hints of raspberry and currant. Wine with good volume, structure and excellent acidity that gives it great freshness and persistence.
