Discover Vinha dos Aards White, a unique wine born from the volcanic soils of Criação Velha, with around 1500-2000 years of history. This 96-year-old organic vineyard is located just 60 meters from the sea, in cracks in the volcanic rock, protected by walls from the saline winds of the Atlantic.
The vinification of this wine follows artisanal methods: manual harvesting, rigorous selection, direct pressing and spontaneous fermentation, aging for 18 months on lees without batonnage, combining stainless steel and French oak perfectly.
With a citrus yellow color and touches of straw, it reveals aromas of iodine, salt and linden, complemented in the mouth by a notable density and vibrant acidity, ending with intense notes of salt and iodine. It is a wine that evokes the sea in every sip.

A Cerca dos Frades Terrantez White
Selective manual harvest in 25kg buckets. Gentle pressing of the whole bunch, with decantation after 12 hours of sedimentation. Fermented by indigenous yeasts with temperature control. Aging in 15% used French oak barrels and 85% in vertical stainless steel vats. Elegant aroma typical of the variety, with floral notes, unctuous in the mouth, fresh and markedly saline.
A Cerca dos Frades Garrafeira Arinto White
Selective manual harvest in 25kg buckets. Gentle pressing of the whole bunch, with decantation after 12 hours of sedimentation. The must results from the total pressing of grapes from a single plot. Fermented by indigenous yeasts with temperature control and aged for 6 months on lees in a horizontal stainless steel tank. Complex aroma combining citrus fruits, with a tropical touch and hints of sea air. In the mouth it is unctuous, persistent, very fresh and saline.
Maçanita Vinha Centenária White
Produced from a vineyard over 100 years old where Arinto dos Açores dominates, but there are also Verdelho, Boal (Malvasia Fina) and Alicante white (Boal de Alicante). Harvested by hand, selection on a selection table, direct press, cold decanted 12h, first presses vinified in stainless steel in a horizontal vat, 2nd presses fermented in French oak barrels for 3 years of use, without batonnage for 9 months. Yellow citrus-straw color, iodine aroma, salt, linden. In the mouth, dense concentrated attack, acidity cuts in half and remains until the end of the tasting, salt and iodine, it is a sea slap. Contains sulfites.
