Explore Arinto dos Açores Solera White, a wine that captures the essence of a unique terroir, located in the middle of the Atlantic, on the slopes of the Pico volcano. The vineyards, embraced by the sea breeze and protected by walls against saline winds, are cultivated in volcanic soils with histories of up to 2000 years, guaranteeing proximity to the sea that gives the wine an incomparable uniqueness. The vinification of this example begins with a selective manual harvest, followed by full pressing of the bunches and spontaneous fermentation, without the addition of SO2, in horizontal vats. The wine matures in a Solera system for 4 years, enriching its character. Presenting a luminous straw yellow color, it reveals intense, tertiary and mineral aromas, with notes of iodine, honeycomb and citrus fruits. In the mouth, it is tense, textured and complex, standing out for its minerality and striking acidity. Perfect to accompany seafood dishes, sausage, fish broth or stew, Arinto dos Açores Solera White is an exceptional choice for those looking for an intense, fresh wine full of complexity.
