Vinification of Syrah and Touriga Franca in open presses with automatic treading and high extraction work. Alicante Bouschet vinification in stainless steel vats at lower temperatures (26ºC). The aim is to extract the structure of Syrah, the sharp tannins of Touriga Franca and the freshness, exuberance of fruit and elegance of Alicante Bouschet. The batch spent 8 months in new French oak barrels. Encantado shows all the vitality of Touriga Franca that serves as a great base for this wine.
