Manual harvest of 50% Alicante Bouschet and 50% Tinta Miúda (Graciano). Deep Ruby color. Very complex aroma, notes of red fruits in jam, aniseed and spices. In the mouth, it is very voluminous, creamy, with firm tannins and an elegant and long finish.

After destemming and pressing, the tear wort was statically decanted for 48 hours. Fermentation and aging take place in a 2500 L French oak barrel (50%) and in cement (50%). The wine ages for 11 months “sur lie” without batonnage, followed by another 10 months in stainless steel. Texture of Estrela Branco is a white with a complex aroma. Orange peel, raw nuts and dried tea leaf are the most obvious. In the mouth, it has remarkable acidity and minerality, the citrus fruit is highlighted as well as a creamy texture from the fermentation in a wooden barrel, well integrated. Contains sulfites.
