Conde Vimioso Reserva White
16,89 €
Explore the exclusivity of Conde Vimioso Reserva White, a wine that stands out in the wine scene for its strong identity and rich heritage. Originating from sandy soils with pebbles, this white wine takes the Arinto grape variety to a new level of excellence.
Manual harvesting in 15 kg boxes precedes a careful process of cooling the grapes to 5ºC, followed by crushing and meticulous skin maceration. A gentle pressing gives way to a long maceration of 8 days at 6ºC, with subsequent alcoholic fermentation. This nectar matures in second and third year French oak barrels for 10 months, remaining on the lees to intensify its character.
Conde Vimioso Reserva White seduces with an intense aroma, dominated by citrus and mineral notes, complemented by an elegant touch of spices. On the palate, it reveals itself to be complex, combining structure and acidity with mineral freshness, culminating in a prolonged finish of rare elegance. This wine is a true celebration of sophistication and tradition.

Séries Malvasia Preta Red
22,91 €
Malvasia Preta is one of the oldest varieties in the Douro, being present among the Vinhas Velhas of the region, although it was never produced as a single variety. With a distinct profile, it is combined with varieties such as Rufete, Tinta Francisca and Bastardo, which present more exotic and elegant wine profiles, living on intensity and acidity, as opposed to the structured and potent profile that the Douro usually presents us with. The curiosity that leads us to experiment with Malvasia Preta, essentially arises from the fact that it is an original variety from the Douro, being present in the region and resisting the harsh conditions of the terroir. Contains sulfites.
