Manual harvest in plot at 600 meters of altitude. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at a temperature between 15 to 18ºC. Aged with battonage in vats for 1 year in order to gain volume in the mouth and provide the wine with a natural stability, without adding external products. Bright and attractive golden color. With notes of yellow pulp fruit, it also denotes some dehydrated fruit, always on a fresh background that shows its origin well. Beautiful in the mouth, with the same notes of the nose, reaching with some more tropical notes with the opening. Long finish, allowing to perceive a mixture of sensations of freshness, minerality and honey tones. Contains sulfites.

After the selection of the grapes in the vineyards of our associates, the harvest takes place. In the cellar they are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed, followed by a light skin maceration in order to extract all the aromatic compounds from the film. Subsequently, the grapes are pressed with oxidation protections from which the tear must is extracted which, after static clarification, starts the fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (15/16º) and is then transferred to French oak barrels where the fermentation ends and remains internship for another 6 months. Wine with a crystalline appearance, defined salmon color, fruity aroma with notes of wild red fruits wrapped in floral notes. Intense, fresh and some complexity with a pleasant and persistent aftertaste. Contains sulfites

Fermentation at 18ºC. Aging for 3 months in 2nd year French oak barrels with bâtonnage, resting in our cellars the rest of the time. Straw yellow color, aroma of dried fruits (nuts, hazelnuts), very ripe pineapple, melon, harmonious, elegant, great evolution. Fruit present, some oak, good acidity, complexity. Long finish. Contains sulfites.

Selective manual harvest in 15kg boxes. About 50% results from direct pressing of the whole bunch and decanting after 24 hours. The remaining 50% comes from sangria from gently crushed grapes and subjected to 3 to 6 hours of maceration at low temperatures. The mixture ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. With aromas of ripe red fruits and hints of spice. In the mouth it is fresh, saline, mineral, structured and persistent. After manual harvesting and transport to the cellar in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were hand-de-stemmed and the grapes trodden by foot in a small press. Fermentation started spontaneously and lasted approximately 20 days. It was transferred to a pitcher without the use of electricity. This wine has a red fruit aroma. Fresh, light and disconcerting wine. Harmonization and longevity: It is a challenge to gastronomy. It can be consumed immediately or in the next 5 to 10 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, protected from light and without temperature fluctuations. Contains sulfites.

Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature. 12 months in French oak barrels gave rise to this wine. Opaque red, of great aromatic intensity, very concentrated and complex. Aromas of ripe fruit, black plum and blackberry, with floral notes typical of Touriga Nacional. In the mouth it is full-bodied, smooth with fine and elegant tannins. Fruit-filled finish, surprisingly long and persistent. Contains sulfites.
