Manual harvest in plot at 600 meters of altitude. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, at a temperature between 15 to 18ºC. Aged with battonage in vats for 1 year in order to gain volume in the mouth and provide the wine with a natural stability, without adding external products. Bright and attractive golden color. With notes of yellow pulp fruit, it also denotes some dehydrated fruit, always on a fresh background that shows its origin well. Beautiful in the mouth, with the same notes of the nose, reaching with some more tropical notes with the opening. Long finish, allowing to perceive a mixture of sensations of freshness, minerality and honey tones. Contains sulfites.
