Adro da Sé Encruzado White

Citrine colored wine, from which the floral notes stand out, with some citrus notes. In the mouth has a beautiful acidity combined with a minerality that is so characteristic of Dão region and the end is long. Contains Sulfites.

After skin contact and pressing, the clean must fermented at 14ºC. After fermentation, the wine aged in the vats for 2 months with batonage. Very aromatic, where tree fruit stands out such as apple, pear and peach. Fresh, mineral, white and yellow fruits, with good structure in the mouth. Aftertaste with good persistence and freshness. Contains sulfites.

Citrus yellow color. Complex aromas, with floral notes and also some spices. Very good acidity, making it fresh and smooth. Long and unforgettable flavor. Contains sulfites.
