Spontaneous fermentation, obviously with indigenous yeasts, took place in a stainless steel mill, followed by a 36-month stage in three 400L oak casks, second/third use. Direct gravity bottling. A part of the lot comes from the Alto and Meio plots, from the old vineyard (70 years old) of Quinta da Pellada, where there is a great genetic heritage, with no predominance of any variety. The other part of the lot comes from Touriga Nacional from plot 5 of Quinta da Pellada. Contains sulfites.
