Quinta da Rede Reserva da Família White
78,99 €
Discover the Quinta da Rede Reserva da Família White, a superior wine from the Douro, Lower Corgo subregion, meticulously produced from old vines of Arinto, Rabigato, and Viosinho. This wine stands out for its rigorous process of manual grape selection, total destemming, and cold skin maceration for 12 hours, followed by fermentation in lightly toasted French oak barrels at 15ºC.
Aged for 18 months “en sur lie” in the same barrels where partial malolactic fermentation occurred, this wine displays an intense citrine color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers superb complexity, with notes of stone white fruits, distinct minerality, and hints of vanilla in perfect harmony.
Ideal to accompany a variety of dishes, from spicy charcuterie to baked fish, grilled white meats or stews, and soft cheeses. Served at 10ºC, it provides a crisp freshness that enhances its persistence and longevity.
