Titan of Douro Fragmentado White

Fresh grapes at their ideal point of maturation, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subjected to a careful manual selection. They are destemmed, crushed and macerated for 48 hours, followed by French oak barrels, where they ferment and stash. This wine is a batch of wines from several years. It presents an intense straw color. Aromas of bread, honey, grapefruit, white flowers and wet stone. In the mouth it is a wine filled with layers, very voluminous and full of energy given its persistent freshness. Contains sulfites.

Quinta do Ameal Loureiro White
Harvest made exclusively in boxes of 20kg with two passages, the 1st passage is to eliminate clusters with sanitary problems and with poor maturation. Pressing of whole grapes in pneumatic press (low pressure) and fermentation at low temperature 10-15ºC for 12 to 15 days. Maturation of 3 to 6 months in stainless steel vat at controlled temperature. Clear and clear citrus color. Well balanced and fruity floral and fruit aromas, typical of the very mature grapes of the Loureiro variety. Contains Sulfites.
Soalheiro 9% White
An intense, elegant wine with volume. Beginning at the end of August, this harvest was the earliest ever harvested in Soalheiro, but it demonstrated an exceptional balance between the fruit and the acidity of the Alvarinhos of the unique terroir of Monção and Melgaço. Alvarinho grapes without late harvest were harvested in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short period of time. The must obtained by pressing the whole grapes was decanted and fermented at low temperature. The fermentation took place in stainless steel until reaching the balance of sweetness and acidity intended and that dictated the final alcohol of this Soalheiro - 9%. Citrus and tropical notes of the Alvarinho variety with a balance of unusual acidity and sweetness.

Soalheiro Germinar Loureiro Vinhas Velhas White
Grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, before fermentation, the must is clarified. Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature and in two egg-shaped deposits in our innovation area, one stainless steel and the other cement, so that the final batch, due to the constant battonage in the fine lees, transmits complexity and taste persistence superior to what we normally find in this variety. Bright lemon yellow color, elegant aroma marked by mineral and floral notes. Dry and fresh flavor, revealing the elegant side of the Loureiro variety, which always has a persistence of well-marked acidity. Contains sulfites.
Esporão Vinha do Badeco Red
Alcoholic fermentation in marble presses. Malolactic fermentation in concrete vats followed by aging for 1 year in new French oak barrels. Deep color, dark red and purple. Aromas of blueberry, blackberry and plum; some violet floral notes with subtle oak toast. Taste the dense fruit on the palate; velvety, long, complex and persistent. Contains Sulfites.

It is a Alvarinho that leaves a specific selection of vineyards planted above 200 meters of altitude, revealing the minerality that relates the soil of granite origin of the terroir of Monção and Melgaço and the Alvarinho variety, improved with the batonage and the stage in the fine lees . The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a higher temperature than usual in white wines, showing an elegant and more mineral aroma with a dry and persistent finish. The Alvarinho grapes used in the Soalheiro Soalheiro come from small-sized vineyards implanted in soil of granite origin above 200 meters altitude and located in the private microclimate of the Monção and Melgaço sub-region, the northernmost region of Portugal. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a higher temperature than usual, using pre-selected yeasts for this purpose.
