This wine comes from the vineyards of Seia, vinified in cement mills with foot steps and in stainless steel tanks. It aged for 12 months in oak barrels, of which 20% new. Being Dão de terroir par excellence for the Touriga Nacional, it is on the slopes of the Serra da Estrela that this variety finds perfect maturation conditions. Beautiful violet color and exceptional aromatic complexity, with the usual floral notes, black fruits and wild berries. It is a very structured and rich wine, but with an excellent acidity that gives it minerality and nerve. It is undoubtedly our most complete and complex varietal wine, which is still taking its first steps, has a long life ahead. Contains Sulfites.

Discover the Quinta da Rede Grande Reserva White, a distinguished wine from the Lower Corgo in the Douro region. This white wine is meticulously crafted, starting with manual grape selection, followed by total destemming and cold skin maceration for 8 hours, before gentle pneumatic pressing and fermentation in French oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 15ºC.
The wine matures for 9 months in the same barrels, 35% of them new, with "battonage" every 15 days "en sur lie", enhancing its complexity. It boasts an intense citrine color with greenish reflections and an aroma that blends notes of ripe peach and orange with a mineral touch of wet stone and soft smoky notes.
On the palate, the Grande Reserva White is full-bodied and notable in volume, yet remains elegant and harmonious. It finishes with a crisp freshness that ensures persistence and longevity. Ideal for pairing with fatty fish, all variants of cod, grilled white meats, and soft sheep's cheeses, this wine should be served at 12ºC.

A 100% Castelão, a disconcerting wine, which demonstrates the role of this variety in the ancient Alentejo strains. Freshness and purity. The grapes are selected on a sorting table, 30% whole bunch and 70% destemmed, falling by gravity into the vat. Spontaneous fermentation, 35-day aging and 18-month barrel aging. Fragile ruby garnet color. Very fine aroma, with hints of plum, tobacco and spices, on the palate the attack is medium bodied with good freshness. The texture mounts in the middle of the tasting, all in elegance, it ends with present and firm tannins.
Quinta dos Carvalhais Mélange à Trois Rose

The grapes were harvested by caste and field, and at the time a rigorous qualitative selection was carried out. After gentle destemming and pressing, the grapes were transported by gravity to small stainless steel vats with temperature control, where they were vinified, caste to caste. The alcoholic fermentation occurred for about 8 days at an average temperature of about 27 ° C. 40% of the wine aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels of 225 liters, with the rest staged in stainless steel vats. After stage it was subjected to a light glue and filtration before bottling and was bottled without stabilization treatment by cold, which can cause the formation of deposit during its aging in bottle. Intense ruby ??color with violet tint. Aroma with presence of ripe red fruits, floral notes typical of Touriga Nacional. Balsamic character with fresh menthol notes. Mouth with excellent volume and integrated structure, very balanced acidity in a harmonious and long finish. Contains Sulfites.

Quinta dos Murças Reserva, coming from the Douro region, presents a deep color with violet lavas. Firm and concentrated palate, with balanced acidity, has ripe tannins well wrapped in your body and volume. It presents a long and persistent end, which in its entirety, allows to predict a great longevity. Manual harvesting, selection table, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperatures (25ºC to 28ºC) in granite mills, with foot step and pressing in an old vertical press. Produced from the varieties planted in the vineyards of the Fundação Eugénio de Almeida. When the grapes reach the ideal maturation state, they are collected and transported to the warehouse, where the technological process begins with total detachment and light smearing. Then, the grapes are fermented separately, in stainless steel vats, at a temperature of 27ºC, followed by prolonged post-fermentation maceration.
