Produced from grape varieties planted in the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation vineyards. When the grapes reach the ideal stage of maturation, they are harvested and transported to the winery, where the technological process begins with total stemming and light crushing. The grapes are then fermented separately, in stainless steel vats, at a temperature of 27ºC, followed by prolonged post-fermentation maceration. Aged for 12 months in French oak casks and barrels. Contains sulfites.
