After crushing, a skin maceration followed, followed by a soft pressing and a long maceration, at low temperature with sludge. Later the wort was clarified by decanting. Fermentation in French oak barrels (20% new barrels), where it remained on lees for 10 months. It has a very elegant and sober aroma, with a perfect balance between minerality, wood and fruity and floral notes. Intense and long finish of mouth. Contains Sulfites.

The white grapes that make up this wine come from schist soil vineyards planted at an average altitude of 350 meters, with northeast exposure, between Freixo de Espada à Cinta and Barca d'Alva. Hand picking vintage. The grapes are slowly pressed, followed by fermentation at a temperature of 16ºC in French oak barrels with battonage. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. It is a tanned white made with Malvasia-Fina grapes and a brief aging in barrels. In the past, they called it liquid gold and it was served at the table of many Beira manors.
Crushing with total stemming, fermentation was spontaneous with skin maceration for 15 days in stainless steel vats and aging for 6 months in used French oak barrels. The blend was made with the varieties 40% Encruzado, 30% Malvasia-Fina and 30% Cerceal-Branco.
Straw yellow color, delicate aroma, creating anticipation for the mouth tasting. Intense flavor, fresh, elegance, with enormous complexity.
To drink now, but with enormous aging potential, which will allow it to acquire great complexity. Serve at 16°C without decanting. Ideal to accompany grilled crustaceans, delicate fish or white meats.

Manual harvest. Reception with total destemming and immediate crushing, fermentation in small stainless steel vats, with fermentation at 24 ºC. Controlled macerations in order to obtain elegant and smooth wines. Partial stage for a short period of 3 months in American and French oak. Aromas of red fruits and spices reveal a gentle maceration in order to preserve the typical notes of the grape varieties and make the wine ready to be drunk after bottling. Very typical aromas of Douro grape varieties, sweet notes of rockrose, flowers, blackberries and spices contribute to its aromatic complexity, in the mouth it is very smooth, with balanced acidity, very fine tannins. The grapes are picked by hand prior to destemming and there is an automated selection process.
