Vineyards installed in red soils derived from brown or crystalline limestones, with red shale patches, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with high thermal amplitudes and hot and dry summers. After the interventions in
necessary during the vegetative cycle, the grapes were harvested manually and transported to the cellar in small boxes. Clear citrus wine, aromas of tropical fruits, apricot, lemon and mandarin with floral notes, in a fresh, complex and structured set with a persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.

On the palate, it is well-structured, with mouth volume and marked freshness, supported by excellent and unusual acidity for the region. Perfect for pairing with light dishes and seafood, it should be served at a temperature of 10-12ºC.

It has a citrus yellow color and a complex and fresh aroma, which precedes a fruity palate with subtle notes of barrel. The finish is elegant and of medium persistence, making this wine a distinct choice for demanding connoisseurs.
Florão White
Attractive aromatic exuberance where notes of peach and white plum stand out, with more discreet hints of green apple and lemon, which reflects the importance of Arinto in the blend. In the mouth it has a smoky streak and sparkling acidity that gives a beautiful freshness and underlines the minerality of the soils of Fonte Souto. End of mouth with smooth texture and great balance. Contains sulfites.
Vinha d’Ervideira White
Mechanical and night harvest. The process goes from caste to caste. Antão Vaz grapes are destemmed, lightly pressed in a vacuum. After defecation, they ferment at a controlled temperature between 10o and 12oC. Arinto grapes are destemmed and sent, without crushing, to “vinimatics”, for skin maceration between 6 and 10 hours. Subsequently, they are pressed and sent to the cold room. Wine of citrus tones, with notes of tropical fruits, light quince jam and mineral notes. Elegant in the mouth, it shows good acidity and a striking structure, which prolongs the tasting. Contains sulfites.
Casa Relvas Vidigueira White
Manual harvest. Total stalking. Pre-fermentation maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum press, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel vats for 10 to 15 days. Internship for 3 months sur lies. Citrus yellow color, intense aroma of tropical fruits, with hints of vanilla and light mineral.
