This wine, made in an ancestral way, without addition of oenological products, except for sulfur dioxide, was created from the best grapes of the Arinto grape variety from our Quinta do Poço do Lobo, which were manually harvested on September 23, 2014, de-stemmed and crushed, then macerated for 48 houre. After pressind the wine masses, the wort was clarified and fermented in French oak narrles. After the alcoholic fermentation, battonage was carried out for 4 months. The stage on lees, in barrel, lasted for 8 months. It was bottled directly from the barrels in July 2015, without any clarification, as was once the custom. Contains Sulfites.

Wine made with 90% Arinto-dos-Azores, the remaining 10% in Verdelho and Terrantez-do-pico. The grapes come from a selected area of the vineyards of Solar Terra Brum, located in Areia Larga, with old vines and native varieties. This wine fermented in chilled cement tulips using indigenous yeasts, with subsequent aging for 23 months in contact with the lees. Balanced with intense minerality, dry, great texture, complex with light nutty notes and an endless aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
