Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22-26ºC for 7 days with gentle maceration. Aging for 12 months in new French oak 1/3 and American 2/3 oak barrels. Very complex aroma where the notes of barrel harmoniously combine that add complexity to spices, black fruits, licorice and violets in a set that promises to improve in bottle year after year. Complexity, very concentrated aroma, vigorous and structured in the mouth with a thick texture. Contains sulfites.

Careful selection of grapes in whole bunch for the cement mill where they spontaneously ferment at controlled temperature. After a maceration period of about a week, the grapes are picked and the wine continues its fermentative processes in 500 liter French and Austrian oak barrels. Aging for 24 months in French and Austrian oak barrels, followed by a year in stainless steel, where it stabilizes naturally throughout the seasons. Bottled manually, by gravity without filtering or sticking and with minimal SO2 adjustments. It is a wine with a little extracted profile, we look for the elegance and freshness that an old vineyard with exposure to the north can give us. Open ruby color, shallow, with herbal notes combined with fresh fruit on the nose, deep and persistent in the mouth, with Douro and wooden aging notes. A wine to enjoy while young, but clearly aging. Advisable for decanting. Contains Sulfites.

Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature. Intense red color and very balanced nose and well filled with notes of wild fruits and cherries, spices and a light floral touch, on a background where the elegance of vanilla and barrel notes is evident, in the mouth it reveals a voluminous and enveloping wine , where the fruit and the spices reveal a beautiful integration and the tannins demonstrate a good firmness, showing signs of potential in the bottle, a long and persistent finish.
