Altas Quintas Colheita White

The Altas Quintas vineyards are in a very special Terroir. They are located at 600 meters of altitude, in a plateau that develops of a unique form, in full Mountain of São Mamede. The vineyard is conducted within an integrated protection program. The grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Trincadeira and Aragonez for this wine were manually harvested from low production fields, for boxes of 20 kg during the month of September. The transportation was made quickly to the cellar. The curls and berries were selected at the entrance to the winery. The fermentation was carried out in French oak barrels, at a controlled temperature of 14 ° C. Battonage was then kept in the same barrels for 4 months.
With aromas of fresh tropical fruit, spices and wood. In the mouth, it has the characteristic freshness of the region, greasiness, and a long and persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
