On the nose, aromas of fresh and juicy red fruits stand out, such as gala apple, red grape and pomegranate. The high malt content of this blend is clear with notes of sweet barley and honey. Over time, these fresh sweet notes give way to a pronounced cinnamon spice. The fresh fruit on the nose continues on the palate and becomes slightly darker, with flavors of fresh plum and cherry. This is followed by citrus, similar to candied orange peel, emerging before a final pinch of cinnamon. The finish is clean with continuous apple and grape flavors.

A rare bottle originally made by Beefeater in 1993, which was discontinued in 2009 with the introduction of Beefeater 24. A slightly different botanical selection creates a palate full of fresh citrus, candied peels and a dash of Pepper. The bird in the bottle is a reference to crows in the Tower of London, where usually the "Yeomen Warders" featured in the regular Beefeater gin bottles. Legend has it that if the crows left the tower, the crown and the Great Britain fell.
