35,63 €
A London Dry gin made according to a recipe of Sinhalese origin from the 1940s, Colombo no. 7 is distilled in England using copper stills with seven spices and botanists: four of them native to Sri Lanka. Citadelle No Mistake Old Tom
30,74 €
No Mistake was one of many nicknames given to gin, as noted by Charles Dickens. When it came time to think of a name for our new Old Tom Gin, “No Mistake” was a no-brainer. As an Old Tom gin in the 19th century would have been stored in wooden barrels, Citadelle No Mistake Old Tom uses the aged Citadelle Réserve as a base and then adds an aged Caribbean sugar syrup. Fresh and powerful, it starts with juniper, orange peel and cardamom. Then, more floral with jasmine and honeysuckle, vegetable with fennel and coffee notes. Full and elegant palate with bittersweet profile with candied lemon peel, genepi, aniseed and almonds. Then follow spicy notes of nutmeg, cinnamon and cubeb pepper.

Bothnia Bay Dry

This gin by the Finnish distillery Shaman Spirits combines both tradition and the latest technology. Years ago, gin was a good resource to harden the long and cold winter, it was distilled for pleasure and served to the workers as compensation. This gin was made by distilling potato instead of grain. The botanics chosen are also different to the traditional ones, collected from pure and wild lands, giving this gin to personal and unique touch. The botanics include berries, vanilla, caramel, honey, liquorice and orange.
Hayman’s Old Tom

A gin of unique character, rich and with a balanced profile with a slight sweetness. The botanical elements are present in a more intense form than in other styles of fin, where its exuberance is much lighter. It has a separate profile and features a more distinct character that makes it perfect for adding other drinks that one might want to mix.
