Moscatel Horácio Simões Roxo
This Moscatel Roxo is the result of intense work distributed between the vineyard and the winery. The vineyard was accompanied and spoiled all the time so that the yields did not exceed 2500 liters / ha and the grapes arrived at the winery in the sanitary state and ideal maturation. In the Adega winemaking was idealized "own" for this product, different from what was customary in other companies in the region. It consists of an intense selection of bunches followed by a pre-fermentative maceration for 5 days, after which the fermentation is allowed to start very slowly homogeneously throughout the vat reaching 3/4 of the fermentation in 3 days, benefiting this wine with the best wine spirits available in the market selected by the technicians of the company, followed by a post-fermentative maceration of 5 long months. The final stage is made in barrels of 225 liters of French Oak (used 2 to 3 Wines), where it is to concentrate. For this wine were selected the best barrels. It has a dark topaz color, floral aroma and spices. Round, very soft and fresh flavor with very long finish. Contains sulfites.
Moscatel Alambre Roxo
The fermentation is stopped with the addition of neutral brandy maintaining the wine in skin maceration for 3 months. After this period it is made bleeding that is later mixed with the wine press. Aging in barrels or barrels of used wood. Amber color with small green tint. Aroma the mandarin, lilies and lime. Fruity palate, good acidity, smooth and velvety. Long end of test. Contains sulfites.
Moscatel Alambre
Fermentation is interrupted with the addition of wine spirit, having a maceration of 3 months. Aging in hardwood casks or barrels. No bottle stage as it does not evolve after bottling. Gold color. Aroma of orange, apricot, caramel. Palate very fruity, good acidity of the fruit. Very long finish. Contains sulfites.
Moscatel Bacalhôa
Aging 1 year in used oak barrels. This Moscatel de Setúbal has a young and fruity style, topaz color, an intense muscat aroma, orange blossom, citrus orange peel, candied fruit, tea and raisins; in the mouth it is full-bodied, the aroma is intense and enhanced, being combined with sensations of bitter sweet, having a very long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
