Aging in barrels or barrels of used wood. Amber color with small green tint. Aroma the mandarin, lilies and lime. Fruity palate, good acidity, smooth and velvety. Long end of test. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvest. Fermentation of grapes in a foot-treading mill. Dehydration of skins, subsequently macerated in wine brandy. Post-fermentative maceration of the doughs together with wine brandy. Pressing and later stage in old wood casks. The first Moscatel from the Douro to have this age designation. The wine results from several batches of muscatel, all of which come from our Quinta da Faísca, which have aged in used wooden casks. The youngest of these was 73 years old.
