Aged for a minimum of seven years in oak barrels in the style of old Tawnies, the Moscatel Portal Colheita 2011 features a distinctive golden color. Its intense aromas of green pear and apple, enhanced by notes of orange peel and a slight caramel touch, offer a unique elegance to the palate. Perfect as a dessert wine, it should be served chilled. It pairs wonderfully with sweets, especially with frozen desserts at 10-11ºC or egg-based sweets at 12-13ºC. An ideal match for a Foie starter, this moscatel superbly balances sweetness and acidity, with a fresh, citrus profile that contrasts with the complexity of wines aged in old wood.

The Pedro Álvares Cabral limited edition bottle was created in 2000 to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the discovery of Brazil, and represents Pedro Álvares Cabral - the maritime explorer considered the discoverer of it. The Favaios 10 Anos is a lot wine in which only the best Moscatel harvests are used for its constitution. In the years when nature allows conditions for the caste Moscatel express itself in all its splendor are made some fermentations with a careful selection of grapes. In 1999 it was produced with the Moscatel Galego Branco grape, a unique muscat of aromatic profile and in the palate, full of aromas so characteristic of the grape, the linden, the orange blossom and citrus. Contains sulfites.
