The Porca de Murça Reserva is passed through a fermentation in stainless steel vats before a stage of twelve months in French oak barrels, a process that allows to reach a harmonious and balanced structure. Note the notes of red fruits harmoniously integrated with notes of vanilla. A round wine in the mouth that becomes an ideal partner for red meats, game and pasta. Contains Sulfites.

Horta Osório Red
After manual harvesting, the grapes were transported in boxes of 18 kg capacity so as not to harm the integrity of the bunch. Once in the cellar, the boxes were unloaded onto a sorting mat for the first sorting of the grapes. This was followed by destemming, choosing berry by berry and crushing them, which were transported by gravity to stainless steel fermentation tanks. After 48 hours of pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures, alcoholic fermentation took place for 10 days where, depending on the variety and the plot, a protocol of pumping over and deletions was carried out. After malolactic fermentation, the different batches aged in 225L oak barrels for 14 months. After bottling, the wine aged for another 6 months in the bottle. It is a ruby colored wine of medium intensity. In the aroma, it presents notes of fresh fruit with a predominance of red and black fruit. In the background, it is possible to feel the complexity of the spices from the barrel stage. In the mouth, it is fresh, with polished tannins that give structure and volume to the final set.
Quinta do Vallado Três Melros Red
The grapes were harvested by hand and vinified in stainless steel vats of 5 and 10 tons of capacity and a small part in mills. The must fermented for about a week at 23º-25ºC, with programmed automatic reassembly. Approximately 45% of the wine aged for 16 months in 225 liter French oak barrels; the rest of the wine aged in stainless steel vats during the same period. Concentrated aroma, with balsamic notes of oak and red fruits. Good structure, fleshy with round tannins. Persistent and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.
Vale da Raposa Reserva Red
Ruby color. Flavors of currants, violets, pine and dark chocolate. Smooth, very elegant and complex, featuring dark plums and a hint of very refined coffee. Great class and elegance.
Perfect to accompany roast meats, cold cuts and cheeses. Serve at 17 ºC and 20 minutes after opening. Contains sulfites.
Prazo de Roriz Red
Hand picked grapes, selected on a choice of carpet, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, where maceration (manual reassembly) allows to extract all that good grapes can give. Characterized by red fruits, raspberry and cherry, the terroir of Roriz also inscribes a mineral touch and appealing spice notes. Ideal for new consumption. It has the potential to work in bottle for a few years.

Três Bagos Reserva Red
Fermentation in stainless steel. Staged 50% of the lot in stainless steel; 25% in new French oak barrels and 25% in second-year French oak barrels for 11 months. Vivid red color, almost opaque. The nose is rich, fresh and quite complex, where the fruity character of well-ripe grapes predominates. The discreet and well integrated wood in the wine, contributes to its complexity and aromatic enrichment. In the mouth it is intense, full of aromatic notes to very ripe red fruits, with balanced acidity and soft but present tannins. It is a very well structured wine, quite tasty, that presents a smooth and very nice finish. Contains Sulfites.
