Blandy’s Duke of Clarence Rich
Blandy's Duke of Clarence underwent a fermentation of the films with natural yeasts, at temperatures between 24ºC and 26ºC, in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. After about 48 hours, it was fortified with wine alcohol (96%), thus stopping fermentation when the desired sweetness level was reached. It was transferred to greenhouse tanks, where it was subjected to a cyclical heating and cooling process, with temperatures between 45ºC and 50ºC, for three months. Completed the stuffing, the wine matured in American oak casks for three years. Then it was filtered and clarified before being bottled. Loaded golden brown, with honey and raisins on the nose. Full-bodied and soft. Excellent for the end of a dinner. Contains sulfites.

Grapes from several quality vineyards in the Campanário, Estreito da Calheta and Prazeres area. Grapes pressed in continuous press. Interruption of fermentation through the addition of vinous alcohol (96%). Boal aged in Canteiro for 10 years in French oak casks. For this batch, we selected wines from our warehouses, whose stable temperatures throughout the year gave rise to this wine with balanced levels of sugar and acidity. Bright golden color. Fragrant notes, with nuts, caramel, iodized touch, figs, and well-integrated wood. Soft and luscious palate, flavors of caramelized nuts. Excellent acidity in the spicy and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.

Clean and crystalline, amber with golden highlights. Nose complex, great aromatic intensity, revealing a bouquet of dried fruits, such as figs and plums, with notes of almonds and wood, subtly supplemented by toffee and vanilla. At the beginning of the 20th century, Quinta do Piloto reserved 10 small 50 liter barrels for itself, which it filled with the finest muscat from its properties. Since then, this muscat has been kept in the shadow of the Quinta do Piloto winery, reserved only for the family. Year after year, four generations followed the ritual of filling each barrel with the best of each harvest. This is how this precious and rare muscat was born, which proves a century of dedication by a historic family in Palmela. Contains sulfites.

Exclusively Sercial from different years of harvest and with an average age of 15 years. Vinification of open spouts with fermentation and temperature control. Aging in 650 liter oak barrels. Light amber color with golden highlights. Woody and refreshing aroma characteristic of this variety. Notes of orange iodine, nuts and toast. In the mouth it is well structured and has a complex aromatic concentration. Wooden notes, with firm tannins that, combined with the dry characteristics of the grape, transmit different tastes, predominating the dry fruits. Contains sulfites.
