Base wine produced from rigorously selected grapes harvested in the ideal maturation stage for production of a sparkling wine. Fermentation at controlled temperature, carried out in French oak barrels. Stage sore fine rubs for 6 months with periodic batonnage. Second fermentation in bottle by the classic method, followed by stage on sludge and intermediate batonnages during 5 years, in the cellars of the Cartuxa Monastery. Contains sulfites.

Produced from the Baga and Chardonnay varieties. The Chardonnay variety contributes its aromatic complexity and the Berry with the structure and persistence of a blanc de noir. The pre bottling stage and the 52 months south lays harmonized this set which, above all, intends to be a reference not only in sparkling DOC Bairrada but at National level. Pale yellow color, aromatic buttery and toasted notes. In the mouth it is fresh, bulky with an impressive mousse. It finishes fresh and with great persistence. Contains sulfites.

In 2015 we enjoyed long and slow maturations that our older strains and our best plots have taken advantage of to provide grapes with an exemplary balance between acidity and tannins. The two grape varieties that benefited most with the exceptional goodness of nature were Syrah and Alicante Bouschet, providing grapes in perfect maturity. With raw material so good we prefer to work them little, letting the grapes speak for themselves. That's why we did little more than one walk on our wineries, according to the most traditional methods of the region, followed by a stage in new barrels and barrels of second year of French oak, letting the wine express itself in the purest form .
Very fleshy red color. Tense and closed, concentrated and powerful, floral and fruity, it ends with some earthy notes that add complexity. Silky and velvety in texture, it is an intense and structured red, vigorous but not aggressive, complex and elegant, fresh finish and great guarding potential.

The Singular is a Verdes Wine, produced mainly with grapes from Old Vines in conversion for organic production and selected exclusively by the oenologist. Citrine color with crystalline shades. Monólogo Malvasia Fina White
Grapes reception in the cellar in 24kg boxes. Manual selection followed by destemming, skin maceration and gentle pneumatic pressing. The must ferments in stainless steel vats at low temperature. Stabilization and light filtration. Special care was taken in the winemaking, minimizing any intervention, with the aim of producing a wine that expresses well the particularities of the grapes and terroir. Produced at Quinta de Santa Teresa, with grapes from the P70 plot, this Monólogo is a monovarieous wine with an aromatic profile, long in the mouth and persistent. These characteristics, typical of the variety, have been appreciated since ancient Greece, where Malvasia Fina comes from. On the nose we find freshness and smoky aromas, quartz and nutmeg. On the palate it is pleasant, balanced and unctuous, showing notes of granitic influence, spices and pear. Contains sulfites.

The history of the wines of the Casas do Côro begins with the purchase of old vineyards with more than 80 years in Marialva and evolves it by planting 9 hectares of the best white grape varieties. Marialva is a fantastic terroir at 600 meters altitude between Beira Interior and the Douro. With a common origin in the Beira interior, they share a passion for the land where they were born, for their traditions, smells and aromas, and continue to believe and bet heavily on a territory they consider unique. Casas de Côro Red Wine Reserve has a red color with lots of personality and character, fresh but vibrant and still very young and a bit wild. Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours. In contact with the lees for about 7 months. 75% of the batch in stainless steel vats and the rest in a concrete egg. Light citrus color, singular and complex aroma dominated by citrus fruits, characteristic of the Loureiro variety. Dominated by a vibrant acidity with a long and persistent finish. Harvest made exclusively in boxes of 20kg with two passages, the 1st passage is to eliminate clusters with sanitary problems and with poor maturation. Pressing of whole grapes in pneumatic press (low pressure) and fermentation at low temperature 10-15ºC for 12 to 15 days. Maturation of 3 to 6 months in stainless steel vat at controlled temperature. Clear and clear citrus color. Well balanced and fruity floral and fruit aromas, typical of the very mature grapes of the Loureiro variety. Contains Sulfites.
